Launched October 2023, were entrusted to research, design and facilitate Tetra Pak’s first scale-up ecosystem for emerging brands looking for new growth opportunities and markets.

We co-created and scouted for BIMBO Ventures’ new full immersion startup programme 'Bimbo Open Door', helping to attract startups from across Europe and Asia to the South American market.

One of our longest established clients, we've had the pleasure of designing and facilitating a number of venture creation and acceleration programmes, including:

- Team Up

We created and launched Europe’s first agrifood impact venture studio. Building 15 new impactful agrifood startups across eastern and southern Europe. https://www.eitfood.eu/projects/teamup 

- Empowering Women in Agrifood

For the past three years, we’ve had the pleasure of managing and facilitating the Empowering Women in Agrifood startup programme in Spain, supporting up to 10 Entrepreneurs each year. https://www.eitfood.eu/projects/ewa-empowering-women-in-agrifood

- Seedbed

We’ve supported Europe’s largest agrifood startup incubator and market discovery programme, helping transform social, science, and technology-based AgriFood and FoodTech innovations into businesses with a validated go-to-market strategy. https://entrepreneurship.eitfood.eu/launch/

- Food Accelerator Network

Between 2020 and 2022 we helped run one of Europe’s largest agrifood accelerator programmes, scaling 70 agrifood tech startups each year. https://www.eitfood.eu/projects/eit-food-accelerator-network

Scouting and growth hacking for €50M annual revenue growth with Unilever’s major brands: Lipton, Magnum, Walls, Ben & Jerry's and PG Tips

For McCain, we completed a comprehensive research project on strategic trends and drivers of texture. We also scouted globally for startups with innovations in this area, providing collaboration and engagement opportunities.

Working alongside Wageningen University and 10 tech partners, we have been helping to research and design a new Venture Studio, sponsored by the Dutch Government. https://start-life.nl

Over 4 years, we created an ecosystem of strategic tech partnerships for Cargill and their startup tech investment portfolio.

In this research project, we discovered food innovation trends across the world and created an analysis framework to identify market opportunities.

We scouted emerging snack brands in the UK and organised a startup engagement plan for Mondelez.

Part of the Agrifood Ecosystem Navigator (Agent) consortium, leveraging AI technology to map and connect agrifood innovation actors, insights, facilitates and funding across Europe.
