About the Project Lead opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to work with us on an important client project focused on mergers and acquisitions. As Project Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring project success; planning, tracking and reporting on project deliverables, coordinating the Naked Innovations project team and ensuring client satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of the food industry through innovative solutions.

This is a part-time (2-3 days/week) freelance contract, with the possibility of moving to full-time with additional project contracts.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following tasks:

• General Project management 
  • Project team coordination, cross functional
  • Stakeholder management
  • Point of contact for client concerns/questions. 
  • Tracking deliverables
  • Identifying project risks and opportunities
  • Research and Analysis
  • Project documentation and reporting
  • Budget management
  • Troubleshooting 
• Project design and delivery
  • This is a merger and acquisitions focused project so may include tasks such as startup scouting, startup assessments and interviews, stakeholder outreach and landscape research.

What skills are needed:

• Internally motivated self-starter who continuously strives to get things done, regardless of challenges encountered
• Team player who can work collaboratively and/or initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight
• Successfully manages time and multiple competing priorities to ensure deadlines are always met
• Critical thinker
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, excellent command of English and working proficiency in Spanish would be an asset

Nice to have skills and experience:

• Knowledge and experience of mergers and acquisitions
• Experience working with large multinational corporations
• Passion for food innovation, sustainability, and creating positive impact in the food industry

Who can apply?

You are registered freelance (autonomo) or willing to register yourself as freelance. Or are eligible to participate in a Spanish Internship if you are studying for or recently have a Masters or MBA from a European University.
